Liquor License

Liquor License service include photographs, area survey and diagrans. Our services cover the five boroughs of NYC. There is an additional charge for work done in Nassau & Westchester Counties. Any work done in outside counties, New Jersey, or Connecticut will have an additional charge based on time.

Measurement – NYSLA 200′ rule – Includes diagram of area where measurement is done.

500′ Area Survey – Includes survey showing everything within a 500′ radius, a list of all premises that have full liquor licenses with names, addresses, and distances that are within 500′, a list of any schools, churches, temples, or houses of worship within 500′.

License Photographs & Diagrams for On Premise (OP) license – Includes a 500′ Area Survey, Front Elevation, Interior Diagram (of each floor), and 2 5X7 color photographs of the interior and exterior of premise (There will be an additional charge for an extra-large premise.)

License Photographs & Diagrams For Beer & Wine License – Include a 250′ Area Survey, Front Elevation, Interior Diagram (of each floor), and 2 5X7 color photographs of the interior and exterior of premise (There will be an additional charge for an extra-large premise.)

Maps Of The 4 Closest Liquor Stores – A total of 5 maps, 1 showing straight-line distances and 4 showing walking distances. A block plot is included and search for churches and schools.

Maps Of The 4 Closest Liquor Stores and License Photographs & Diagrams – Includes 5 maps of 4 closest liquor stores, 250′ Area Survey, Front Elevation, Interior Diagram (of each floor) , and 2 5X7 color photographs of the interior and exterior of premise (there will be an additional charge for an extra-large premise.)
